As part of Education Week 2009's celebration of Bringing Arts to Life, the Dept. of Education produced this video to celebrate the recent past of arts education in our province, its vibrant present, and its promising future. Recorded in schools across Nova Scotia, this video features the voices and activities of consultants, teachers and studenta in a wide variety of artistic genres at several grade levels. This video also highlights the scope of arts education in the province, the outstanding achievements of students, and the many talented teachers who make the arts happen in class and beyond.
