Hour of Code

The Hour of Code is a designated opportunity where people all over the world participate in computer science activities during a specific week. Students can work individually or collaboratively in groups or teams, teachers can participate along with their students. The online activities in the Hour of Code support many curricular connections but also promote problem solving, critical thinking, and logic. This video is a look at several Nova Scotia classrooms who participated in December 2014 and the rich learning opportunities this learning provided to students.
